Notice:
1.This material is suitable for all kinds of pre-expansion / molding machines. Particularly suited to do the low density block.
2.Foam repeatedly, the magnification is for reference only.Actual magnification has a great relationship with the operating conditions, such as the type of foam machine , the aging time after every foaming and pre-expansion shrink conditions.
3. For multiple foaming, be sure to avoid contraction, especially for the first foaming. each foaming interval of 2-6 hours, judging by the grain's size.It should not over 12 hours for the intervaln, otherwise the performance of the materials and block will be damaged.
4. The final products made of repeatedly foaming materials will appear in the performanceof smooth and bright.
